Five minutes that save you a headache:
- Google and Samsung accounts signed out, in front of you. Otherwise the tablet stays locked when you reset it. Don’t buy a locked tablet, not even at a discount.
- A grey image in full screen. If you see stains or the shadow of icons, the screen has burn-in.
- Battery: charge it for a while. If it heats up or drains fast, plan on replacing the battery.
- Wi-Fi, the cameras, the speakers and charging.
