Last measured: 8 October 2026, across 8 listings · How we measure it
This is the price of the 64 GB version: there aren’t enough listings of the others to give a figure.
The essentials
- Fair price: about 1 100 DH. If someone lets it go for under 1 000 DH, ask why before you go.
- Not for years: it’s 8 years old and can’t install iOS 27.
- Before you pay: the seller signs out of iCloud in front of you.
What to check before you pay
Five minutes that save you a headache:
- Dial *#06#. The IMEI must match the one in Settings › General › About and on the box.
- Genuine parts: on that same screen, if the battery shows “Unknown”, that part isn’t a genuine Apple part.
- iCloud signed out and Find My iPhone off, in front of you. Otherwise the iPhone stays locked. Don’t buy a locked phone, not even at a discount.
- A grey image in full screen. If you see stains or the shadow of icons, the screen has burn-in.
- Battery: Settings › Battery › Battery Health. If it heats up or drains fast, plan on replacing it.
- A call, Wi-Fi, the cameras and charging.

How we measure it
On 8 October 2026 we read 35 listings for the iPhone XS on marketplaces in Morocco and removed the ones that didn’t count: no photo, no price, a different model, broken, or a bait price.
12 listings were left; the price comes from the 8 in good condition: the middle band, without the cheapest 25% or the most expensive 25%.
The condition is what the seller declares and the price is the asking price: in the end, it gets negotiated.
